宫颈湿疣的细胞克隆起源研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究宫颈湿疣的细胞克隆起源及其意义。方法 :利用检测X染色体灭活相关的雄性激素受体基因的卫星标记多态性的方法对 4 0例宫颈湿疣或宫颈非典型增生的标本进行细胞克隆起源分析。结果 :外生型和扁平型湿疣及非典型增生病变均呈单克隆或多克隆 ,单克隆型检出率依次以上述病变顺序升高 ,高危HPV感染的病变比低危HPV感染的病变有较高的单克隆型检出率。结论 :初步揭示了宫颈湿疣的细胞克隆起源情况和提示单克隆起源的宫颈病变可能有较高的恶变倾向

【Abstract】 Objectives:To elucidate clonality origin of cervical condylomas and significances of the clonality origin of cervical condylomas.Methods:Forty cases of cervical exophytic condyloma,flat condyloma or dysplasia were studied by analysis of X chromosome inactivation related microsatellite polymorphism of androgen receptor gene.Results:The studied cervical exophytic condyloma,flat condyloma and dysplasia all showed both polyclonal pattern and monoclonal pattern;the rates of monoclonal pattern were highest(57%) in dysplasia,lowest(20%)in exophytic condyloma,and between(33%)in flat condyloma;and the cases infected with high risk HPV had higher rate(50%) of monoclonal pattern than those infected with low risk HPV(33%).Conclusion:The results preliminarily demonstrated the situation of clonality origin of cervical condylomas,i.e.,exophytic and flat condyloma could origin both poly or monoclonally,and suggested that the cervical lesions with monoclonal origin may have higher tendency to become malignancy than those with polyclonal origin.
