【Abstract】 Paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria is a kind of intravascular hemolysis disease,which is characterized with the clinical situation as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria.The disease can be divided into two types,the deficiency syndrome and the excess syndrome.Method of removing pathogenic heat from blood and inducing diuresis is be used to treat the excess syndrome,supporting vital qi and inducing diuresis for deficiency syndrome.Either of the two methods should be combined with method of promoting blood circulation to removing blood stasis.更多还原
