【摘要】 目的 :探讨非穿透小梁手术联合羊膜植入治疗开角型青光眼的机理及临床效果。方法 :对 2 0例2 4眼开角型青光眼患者行非穿透性小梁手术 ,术中植入羊膜 ,并对术后视力、眼压、滤过泡情况、羊膜植片及手术并发症进行观察。结果 :2 0例、2 4眼术后眼压均控制在 2 1mmHg以下 ,视力提高 12眼 ,不变 12眼 ,所有病例均形成功能性滤过泡 ,术后炎症反应轻 ,并发症少。结论 :非穿透小梁手术联合羊膜植入是一种安全有效的抗青光眼手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigae the effect and mechanism of non-penetrating trabecular surgery(NPTS) combined with amnion transplantation in the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma.Methods:20 cases(24 eyes)of primary open angle glaucoma were performed non-penetrating trabecular surgery with amnion transplanta-tion. All the patients were followed up 6 months for the intraocular pressure(IOP), visual acuity, filter blebs,amniotic membrane transplantation and complications.Results:Each of IOP was controlled under 21mmHg.The postoperative visual acuity was improved in 12 eyes , remained in 12 eyes,All were faund functional filter blebs, mil anterior chamber reaction ,and a few complication.Conclusion:NPTS combined with amnion transplantation sis safe and effective in treating glaucoma.更多还原
