【摘要】 目的 :报告在基层医院开展鼻内窥镜手术治疗的体会。方法 :回顾分析 14 8例鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者行内窥镜手术的临床资料。结果 :治愈 89例 (6 0 13% ) ,好转 4 7例 (31 76 % ) ,无效 12例 (8 11% )。发生并发症 8例 (5 4 % ) ,术后粘连 15例 (10 1% )。结论 :鼻内窥镜手术是治疗慢性鼻窦炎和鼻息肉的有效方法 ,只要严格掌握适应证 ,规范手术操作 ,可有效地防止严重并发症的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the experience of treatment in endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) in district hospital.Method:148 patients with chronic nasal sinusitis or/and nasal polyps undergone ESS were retrospectively analyzed.Result:89 cases (60.1%) were cured,47 cases (31.8%) improved,12 cases (8.1%) disimproved,15 cases (10.1%)were found sinus adhension.Conclusion:Endoscopic sinus surgery is effective in treating nasal sinusitis and nasal polyps.Selecting indication strictly and standardizing operation can efficiently prevent the occurrence of serious complications.更多还原
