【摘要】 莱钢炼钢厂开发了滑板修复再利用技术,选用电熔刚玉复合材料作芯体,以高附着性、防氧化的表面特殊涂料涂抹滑板表面,并严格加工工艺和检验标准。使用证明,修复后的滑板具有抗热震、耐侵蚀等性能,年可节约成本120万元,减少固体垃圾处理量300t。

【Abstract】 The slide repairing and reusing technology is developed in the steel-making plant of Laigang. The electromelting corundum composite material is chosen as core body, special coating with high adhesivity and oxidation protection is coated to the surface of slide, and the process and inspection standard are established strictly. The practice has shown that the repaired slide has properties of thermal shock resistance and erosion resistant, the cost can be saved by 1.20 million Yuan annually and the quantity of treated solid rubbish is reduced by 300 tons.
