【Abstract】 The slide repairing and reusing technology is developed in the steel-making plant of Laigang. The electromelting corundum composite material is chosen as core body, special coating with high adhesivity and oxidation protection is coated to the surface of slide, and the process and inspection standard are established strictly. The practice has shown that the repaired slide has properties of thermal shock resistance and erosion resistant, the cost can be saved by 1.20 million Yuan annually and the quantity of treated solid rubbish is reduced by 300 tons.更多还原
