【Abstract】 The existing equipment and process technology ability in No.1 steel-making plant of Jigang are analyzed systematically, then a series of revamping items are carried out such as process optimizing of the whole-length protecting cast system, long-life tundish technique, optimization of coated layer of slab MD, setting up slab-quality analysis model on line, auto-control of the liquid level in MD, and so on, then the efficient production is reached.更多还原
