【摘要】 研究医用聚酯类材料的细胞毒性。采用目前国际上认可的细胞毒性试验方法———浸提液法 ,分别检测多种多用途医用聚酯材料的细胞毒性 ,按美国药典细胞毒性分级标准对其进行毒性分级 ,评价其细胞毒性。采用国际标准认可的试验方法 ,参照美国药典的评价标准 ,八大类不同用途的医用聚酯材料均呈现出良好的细胞相容性 ,即无细胞毒性更多还原

【Abstract】 The cytotoxicity of many kinds of multi-use polyester material for medical use was tested by internationally recognized method-extracted liquid assay. The cytotoxicity of the polyester material was also graded and evaluated according to United States Pharmacopeia(USP). 8 groups of different polyester material for medical use all showed good cytocompatibility, indicating that they had no cytotoxicity.更多还原
