水平浓淡风燃烧器高效燃烧及低负荷稳燃性能分析

【摘要】 采用煤粉浓缩器结构优化的摆动式水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器进一步提高了锅炉的燃烧效率 ,增强了锅炉的低负荷着火稳燃性能。最低不投油稳燃负荷已稳定达到 40 %ECR工况以下。

【Abstract】 As the swing horizontal dense air-coal powder burner adopt the coal powder contractor,it made the burner’s construct optimal and improved the boiler’s efficency and enhance its property which can ignited and burned steady on lower load.The burner can burn steady on<40% ECR without oil.
