向序半群同时添加单位元和最大元

【摘要】 能否向序半群同时添加单位元和最大元是一个较复杂的open问题.证明了对序半群添加了一定的条件后,即可以对满足条件 x,y∈S,x·y≤x,且x·y≤y的序半群同时添加单位元和最大元,从而部分地解决了这个问题.

【Abstract】 Simultaneously adjoining identity and the greatest element to an ordered semigroup is a difficult open problem. It is proved in this paper that, if an ordered semigroup S satisfies the condition "x,y∈S, x·yx and x·yy" then we can simultaneously adjoin the identity and the greatest element to S.
