微生物去除金属离子的条件控制

【摘要】 研究了用生物法处理含单一状态金属离子的废水。试验了吸除时间、p H值和生物量对吸附量的影响及生物量对吸附容量的影响。结果表明当吸附时间为 30 min时 ,Ca2 + 、Ni2 + 、Cr3+ 的吸附量为 70 %~ 75 % ,而 Cr( )可超过 90 % ;金属离子的最大吸附 p H值为 :Fe2 +为 4~ 5、Ca2 +为 4~7、Ni2 +为 6~ 7、Cr3+和 Cr( )为 6;吸附量微生物量的增大而增大 ,但吸附容量随生物量的增大而减小。

【Abstract】 The treatment of wastewater containing individual state metal ion with waste, dead fungal biomass was studied. The effects of biosorptio time? pH value and amount of biomass on metal uptake and amount of biomass on the specific uptake capacity were tested. The results showed that the metal uptake in the first 30min was about 70~75% of the maximum uptake in the case of Ca 2+?Ni 2+?Cr 3+ while it is over 90% of the maximum for Cr(Ⅵ) . The maximum metal uptake was foumd to be dependent on solution pH: Fe 2+,4~5?Ca 2+,4~7?Ni 2+,6~7?Cr 3+ and Cr(Ⅵ),6. The metal uptake increases with amount of biomass increasing, but the specific uptake capacity decreases with the amount of biomass incresing.
