【摘要】 一个房地产企业的成败与否,很大程度上取决于其管理模式和运作策略。本文借鉴香港地产大王李嘉诚先生的和记黄埔地产公司管理运作方式对房地产公司管理模式及运作策略进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 Success or faslure of an estate interprise depends to a large extent on its management model and operation strategy.The authors study the management model and operation strategies of an estate company using the management and operation model of li jachengs hutchison interprise,the king in estate,as an example.
