【摘要】 借鉴国内外先进的管理经验 ,结合沙角C电厂的实际情况 ,提出了KRA(关键结果区域 )管理的思想和方法。运用计算机技术对KRA进行流程控制和信息发布 :(1)通过数据挖掘技术从其它数据库中提取关键指标数据 ,实现信息共享和再利用 ;(2 )与内部电子邮件系统、办公软件协同实现KRA管理 ;(3)借助Java丰富的界面表现手法实现多种查询和图表输出更多还原

【Abstract】 Drawing on advanced experiences from home and abroad, and combining with the practical situation of Shajiao C Power Plant, an idea and method of the key result area (KRA) management has been put forward. The flow process control and information release for KRA can be carried out by using computer techniques: (1) through data-tapping technology, key index data can be collected from other data-bases, realizing information enjoying together; (2) coordinated with internal E-mail system and office software, the KRA management can be implemented; (3) by means of rich interface-expressing technique, a variety of inquiry and graphic chart output can be realized.更多还原
