番石榴叶体内抗轮状病毒的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:研究番石榴叶体内抗轮状病毒的作用机制。方法:复制轮状病毒感染动物小鼠模型,比较番石榴叶与病毒唑的治疗作用,分别观察小鼠给药前后大便次数、性状、食欲、活动及其他体征,用药前后检测大便轮状病毒抗原,感染后测大便中Na+、糖含量及SIgA含量(RIA法测定),并取小肠固定、切片、HE染色观察肠组织病变。结果:番石榴叶组腹泻减轻,死亡率降低,可减少模型粪便中的轮状病毒抗原,与病毒唑组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:番石榴叶可以促进小肠对Na+、糖的吸收,促进小肠分泌SIgA,对小肠粘膜具有保护作用,能直接抑制病毒的复制,为临床治疗腹泻提供了依据。

【Abstract】 objective: To study the mechanism in vivo anti - rotavirus action of guava leaf. Methods: The rotavirus - infected mice models were duplicated, and the curative effects of guava leaf and vi-razole were compared. The frequency and character of bowel movement, appetite, motion and other signs were observed individually. The rotavirus antigen, the content of Na+ sugar and SIgA (determined by RIA method) of stools after infection were determined before and after treatment. The small intestine was fixed, sliced and stained with HE staining to observe the pathological change of intestinal tissue. Results: In guava leaf group, the diarrhea was reliveved, the mortality was decreased, the rotavirus antigen of models was reduced, P < 0. 05 as compared with virazole group. Conclusion: Guava leaf can promote the absorption of Na+ and sugar in small intestine, promote the secretion of SIgA, protect the mucosa of small intestine, inhibit the duplication of virus directly, and supply a theoretical base for clinical treatment of diarrhea.
