针刺开四关加百会穴温针灸的降压效应与血浆AngⅡ相关性临床观察

【摘要】 目的:观察针刺开四关加百会穴温针灸的降压效应与血浆中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的相关性,探讨针灸治疗原发性高血压(EH)的作用机理。方法:将80例EH患者随机分为针灸组和对照组,每组各40例,分别用开四关即针刺合谷、太冲加百会穴温针灸,或口服卡托普利片治疗30天,观察血压、血浆AngⅡ变化情况。结果:治疗后2组血压均显著下降(P<0.01),组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);血浆中AngⅡ含量都有减少,但针灸组不及对照组,组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);血压/血浆AngⅡ相关系数针灸组变小,对照组增大,组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺开四关加百会穴温针灸的降压效应与血浆中AngⅡ含量的变化有一定的相关性,但不是很密切,提示针灸治疗EH的作用机理可能是综合性或双向性的调节作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the correlation between hy-potensive effect and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ) after warm acu -moxi on Kaisiguan (Extra) and Baihui (DU 20), so as to explore the mechanism of acu - moxi on the treatment of essencial hypertension (EH). Methods: 80 cases of EH were allocated to acu - moxi group and control group randomly (each group 40 cases). Hegu point (LI 4) and Taichong point (LR 3) were punctured and warm acu - moxi on Baihui point in acu - moxi group, and oral use of captopril was given in the control group. The treatment continued for 30 days. Blood pressure (BP) plasma Ang Ⅱ were observed. Results: After treatment, the BP were markedly decreased ( P < 0. 01) in both groups, but the difference between 2 groups was not significant ( P > 0. 05) . Plasma Ang Ⅱ were decreased in both groups, but more marked in control group ( P < 0. 05) . The correlation coefficient of BP/Ang Ⅱ become smaller in acu - moxi group and larger in control group, the difference being significant ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: it is indicated that the hypotensive effect and plasma content of Ang Ⅱ after acu - moxi is somewhat correlated but not very closely. It is also demostrated that the mechanism of acu - moxi for EH may be a comprehensive or biphasic modulation
