【摘要】 目的了解和分析江门市新会区人体华支睾吸虫感染情况。方法抽取1989年曾经调查过的管理区,采用分层整群随机抽取3个自然村不同年龄、性别人群进行华支睾吸虫感染调查。采用改良加藤氏厚涂片法粪检查虫卵。结果华支睾吸虫感染率50.30%,明显高于13年前(X2=171.09,P<0.05),具有相当家庭聚集性,14岁以下感染率低于14岁以上(X2=21.559,P<0.05)。结论要加强对华支睾吸虫的防治,降低华支睾吸虫的感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the Clonorchis sinensis infection in Siqian town, Xinhui district of Jiangmen city. Methods Stratified random samples selected from three villages were analyzed for the Clonorchis sinensis eggs using the Kato Katz method. Results The research showed that Clonorchis sinensis infection rate was 50.30%which is much higher than 13 years ago (χ2=171.09,P< 0.05), and it was common to have more than one infected members in the same family. In addition the infection rate of people above 14 years old was higher than those below 14 years old (P< 0.05). Conclusion Infection of Clonorchis sinensis in Siqian is very serious, and some advise to reduce the infection rate was suggested.更多还原
