霍乱弧菌散发菌株的耐药遗传分析

【摘要】 目的研究霍乱散发菌株的耐药性与耐药携带基因之间的关系。方法运用药敏实验及分子生物学方法,分析40株霍乱散发菌株的耐药性分布情况,提取菌株质粒,检测Ⅰ类整合子基因片段,分析其在不同血清群的分布及耐药性的遗传机制。结果霍乱散发菌株在不同程度上表现对链霉素、卡那霉素、磺胺嘧啶、甲氧苄胺嘧啶/磺胺嘧啶、庆大霉素、副粘菌素、氯霉素、甲氧苄胺嘧啶和四环素等多种抗生素的耐药性,在耐药菌株中检测到不同大小的质粒,其分布在O1和O139群无差异,Ⅰ类整合子在O139群霍乱弧菌中分布多于O1群。结论霍乱散发菌株耐药性与耐药质粒和/或I类整合子的作用密切相关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between drug resistance in cholera strains and drug resistance gene. Methods With antibiotics sensetivity test and molecular biology method, we analyzed the drug resistance distribution of 40 strains of vibrio cholera. Purification of plasmid and detection of integron class I were analyzed in vibrio cholera serotypes O1 and O139. The mechansim of cholera drug resistance were analyzed in the study. Results Multi drug resistance were manifested in vibrio cholera sporadic strains, including streptomycin, kanamycin, sulfamethoxazole, trimethoprim sulfamethoxazole, gentamicin, colistin, chloramphenicol, trimethoprim and tetracycline. High and low molecular weight plasmids were extracted from these strains. More integron class I genes were amplified in vibrio cholera O1 serotype than in O139 serotype. Conclusion The drug resistance of vibrio cholera may be acquired from transmission of drug resistance gene located at plasmid and integron class I.
