【摘要】 目的了解横琴岛嗜人按蚊盐水耐受特性。方法将蚊卵分别放人不同盐度的水中孵化;观察不同盐度水中卵的孵化率、幼虫成活率及成蛹情况。结果2‰以下盐水中生长的嗜人按蚊与蒸馏水中的无明显差异;10‰盐水中仍有部分的幼虫可以发育成蛹;一、二龄期的幼虫能适应不同盐度,但三、四龄期的幼虫在‰和15‰的盐水中出现大量死亡。结论珠海横琴岛嗜人按蚊有一定的盐水耐受力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the salt-tolerant characteristic of the An. anthropophagus in Zhuhai Hengqin Island. Methods The mosquito eggs were set into the different salinity water and the hatch percentage of eggs, the growth of larvaes and the number of pupas were recorded. Results The mosquitoes could normally grow in distilled water and 2‰brine. A few larvaes could grow up into pupas in 10‰ brine. At the stage Ⅰ and the stageⅡ , larvaes can adapt to different salinity water; but in the 10‰ and 15‰ brine, the mosquito larvaes died after they turn into stage Ⅲ.Conclusion The An. Anthropophagus of Hengqin Island was salt-tolerant.更多还原
