【摘要】 目的　了解TT病毒在吸毒人群中的感染情况和传播途径。方法　对海口市公安局戒毒所收容的 2 2 1例吸毒者进行不同因素分析 ,采用巢式PCR法检测血清中的TTVDNA ,同时检测血清中的甲型肝炎病毒 (HAV)、庚型肝炎病毒 (HGV)、艾滋病 (HIV)和梅毒。结果　 2 11例吸毒者血清中TTVDNA阳性检出率为 31.6% ( 70 /2 2 1) ,HAV、HBV、HCV、HEV、HGV、HIV和梅毒阳性检出率分别为 0 .4% ( 1/2 2 1)、45 .7% ( 10 1/2 2 1)、11.8% ( 2 6/2 2 1)、2 .2 % ( 5 /2 2 1)、10 .4%( 2 3/2 2 1)、0 ( 0 /2 2 1)、5 .9% ( 13/2 2 1)。结论　吸毒人群是TT病毒感染的高危人群 ;静脉注射毒品者、有非固定婚外性伴侣等因素与TT病毒感染密切相关 ;TT病毒与甲 -庚型肝炎病毒的存在合并感染 ,其中乙型及丙型肝炎重叠TT病毒感染较常见 ;另外 ,我们在 1例HAV阳性的血清中也检出TTVDNA ,提示TT病毒除存在血液传播途径外 ,还可能存在非血源性的感染传播途径更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate TT virus infection and transmission route among drug users in Haikou.Methods TTV DNA in serum samples was detected by nested-polymeras chain reaction and detected HAV、HBV、HCV、HEV、HIV and Syphilis in serum sample also.Results The positive rate of TTV DNA(31.6%)、HAV(0.4%)、HBV(45.7%)、HCV(11.8%)、HEV(2.2%)、HGV(10.4%)、HIV(0)、Syphilis(5.9%)was detected from 221 drug users.Conclusion The intravenous drug users are the population at the high risk for TTV infection.The intravenous drug users and people who have unstable sexual companion,are the main factors for fransmission of TTV.TTV and hepatitis A to G exist co-infection relationship,thereinto Hepatitis B,C with TTV virus.In addition,we also detected TTV DNA in a patient with HAV.TTV may be transimitted through non-blood-transfusion routte.更多还原
