【摘要】 综述了20世纪70年代以来特别是进入21世纪后非洲菊(Gerberajamesonii)组织培养研究进展,内容包括外植体,愈伤组织、芽、根的诱导,试管苗的移栽等方面;并提出了值得继续深入研究的问题。

【Abstract】 Research progress on tissue culture of Gerbera jamesonii since1970s especially in the21st century is summarized,including explants,inducement of callus,bud and root,transplantation of test tube plantlets.And the problems deserving deeper research are put forward.
