吡喹酮缓释包埋剂预防小鼠血吸虫病的初步研究

【摘要】 目的研制吡喹酮缓释包埋剂,观察其预防小鼠血吸虫病的效果。方法将吡喹酮原药与控释材料硫化硅橡胶、交联剂和催化剂等按一定比例经一定工艺制成吡喹酮缓释包埋剂,经体外释放试验确定最佳配方剂型,并进行动物实验观察其预防小鼠血吸虫病的效果。结果缓释剂型为棒状,长2cm,外径 2mm,每根含吡喹酮原药30mg。小鼠植入药棒(2根/鼠)后4周进行感染(40尾/鼠),感染后7周解剖观察,其预防保护率为40.2%,肝虫卵减少率64.3%,粪EPG减少率70.5%。结论吡喹酮缓释包埋剂是一种有希望的预防动物感染的新缓释剂型。

【Abstract】 To develop a novel slow released preparation of Praziquantel (SRP), and evaluate its efficacy against Schistosoma japonicum. Methods Praziquantel was mixed with different amounts of re- lease-controlled agent, connection agent, and catalytic agent etc., to develop SRP by releasing test in vivo. The preventive effects of SRP against Schistosoma japonicum was tested in on mice. Results The novel SRP which was 2 cm long and its external diameter was 2 mm contained 30 mg Praziquantel. When SRP were giv- en to each mouse 4 weeks before inoculation with cercariae, the worm reduction rate is 40.2% and the egg reduction rate was 70.5%. Conclusion SRP would be one of the promising preventive preparations for do- mestic animals.
