【Abstract】 Confucius regarded the talent thought as the important part of his political system. He putted forward the tactics of recommending virtuous persons in order to run the country. The tactics was as follows: devoted much attention to the men of having both ability and political integrity; in selecting talent people, didn’t stick to one pattern and didn’t demand perfection; appointed men in accordance with their aptitude, etc. The tactics was the foundation of the thought about appointing people on their merits of ancient China.更多还原
