【摘要】 目的 :了解肛肠疾病患者对健康教育及方式的需求 ,以便采取有效的干预对策。方法 :采用问卷方式对 2 0 0 2年 1月至 6月住院治疗愿意合作的2 6 5例患者进行健康教育内容、方式需求的调查。结果 :患者对健康教育内容的需求有希望了解病情及治疗方案者占 92 0 7%,要求了解病因及诱因者占87 92 %,要求了解预防肛肠疾病知识者占 81 3%,对医疗费用的关注率为10 0 %。健康教育方式主要是当面讲授及电话咨询。结论 :(1)重视健康教育内容和形式的研究 ,最大限度并有针对性地向患者提供健康教育信息 ;(2 )重视患者的知情权、决定权 ,着眼其社会、心理需求 ,提高其满意度 ;(3)提高护理人员健康教育的水平 ,形成良好的护患关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand need of health education upon anorectal patients.Method:265 cases received inquiry for need of health education.Result:Need for health education mainly focus on anal rectal disease knowledge(92.07%),need to know iteology and inducing factors(81.3%),medical expension(100%).In~terviewing and telephone call are dorminant method.Conclusion:We should pay more attention on health education,respect patients determinating right,improve nursing level.更多还原
