【摘要】 本文介绍了在 2 80kA电解槽上最早使用焦粒预热启动的成功经验 ,从焦粒通电焙烧到灌电解质 ,整个过程分步进行了列举说明 ,并且对每个步骤中存在的问题也做了评论。记录了启动过程中的电压、电流值及温度变化 ,特别对温度曲线和阴极钢棒的温度做了详细的描述。使用这种方法 ,我们成功的缩短了焙烧时间 ,减少了能量消耗 ,避免了启动时因铝水的热冲击而导致电解槽内衬早期破损 ,延长了电解槽的使用寿命

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the first successdful trial on 280kA cells suing coke powder bake preheat start-up.From stuffing the powder to pourng electrolyte,the general start-up procedure was illustrated step-by-step and the problems that occurred in each stage were discussed.The current voltage and distributary current during start-up were recorded and the cell temperature field was described avoided in detail,especially the temperature of lining and cathode steel bar.Using this method,we achieved shorter start-up period and less energy spend.The thermal shock and pre-mature failure caused by liquid aluminum during start-up were avoided and the cell service life estended.
