【Abstract】 The competition for human resources is heating up with more and more international communication in the 21st century. Teaching Russian in the Chinese context will face a great challenge from the new century. This paper discusses textbook development and reforms on National College Russian Test Band 4 from the perspective of quality education and makes proposals for how Russian teaching in Chinese colleges and universities can meet the challenge, open a new frontier and cultivate high-quality human resources of Russian language to meet the needs of social development in the 21st century.更多还原
