【Abstract】 How to rationally develop and administrate water resources of the drainage areas is one of the key elements to solve the water problems and keep sustainable development in China.In this paper the major problems of water resources management of the drainage areas in China were summarized,the corresponding successful experiences from abroad were introduced,and then the reform suggestions were given particularly. These suggestions included setting up a powerful administration for each drainage area,carrying out the administration through market system,and strengthening the system study and public participation in the management.更多还原
