新型汽油机缸内直喷燃烧系统的研究
Study of the In-Cylinder Direct Injection Combustion System of the New Type Gasoline Engine
【摘要】 所开发的汽油机缸内直喷燃烧系统基于射流燃烧系统,由燃烧系统、燃油供给系统和相应的电控系统3部分组成。根据喷油器不同布置方案,设计了2种燃烧室。所开发的汽油机缸内直喷燃烧系统的高压供油系统能基本满足系统喷油要求,研制的电控系统基于PC机,可在线调整控制参数和采集数据。通过一台改装的单缸试验机,研究了喷油正时对发动机运转性能的影响。
【Abstract】 The developed in-cy li nder direct injection combustion system of the gasoline engine is based on the j et flow combustion system,and consists of three parts of the combustion system ,the fuel supply system and the electronic con-trol system.Two combustion ch ambers are designed corresponding to different layout schemes of fuel injector s.The high-pressure fuel supply system of the developed gasoline engine in-cy linder direct injection combustion system basically meets requirements of fuel i njection,and the electronic control system developed is based on PC,that can a cquire data and whose control parameters can be adjusted online.With a modified single-cylinder testing engine,influence of fuel injection timing on engine r unning performance is studied.
