【Abstract】 By analyzing the design thought and the structure, the paper introduces the founding of database and the structure design and functional module of the land information system. The system can quickly obtain the quantity, quality, property, distribution, state of land use and so on. It can also update, administrate and analyze the data of land use and output all kinds of inquiry, statistics and analysis result.
