生物吸附剂去除水中六价铬的实验研究

【摘要】 从活性污泥等中筛选、分离得到的菌株B -5和C -7作为生物吸附剂 ,研究了它们对水中六价铬的吸附。实验结果表明 :B -5和C -7对六价铬吸附的最佳 pH分别为 6.5和 5 .0 ,温度为 3 0℃ ,用量为 1ml/L ;B -5在 [Cr6+ ] =40g/L的吸附率达到最大值 ,为 80 .5 %,C -7在 [Cr6+ ] =3 5g/L达到 78.6%;当HCl浓度大于 0 .5M时 ,两种菌株的解析率可达 90 %以上 ,基本上可以完全解析

【Abstract】 Chromium(Ⅵ) biosorption by B-5 and C-7 from activated sludge has been studied. The Experimentalresults showed that the optimum initial pH of Cr(Ⅵ) ion solution by B-5 and C-7 were 6.5 and 5.0. The temperature was 30℃,and the volume of them was 1ml/L.In condition of 40 g/L,the maxium adsorption of B-5 was 80.5%,and C-7 was 78.6%,in condition of 35g/L.The desorption efficency of them was more than 90% in \>0.5M.
