酯交换鱼油的磷酸酯合成与性能分析

【摘要】 本文以P2O5为磷酸化试剂,对酯交换鱼油磷酸酯合成工艺进行了研究,详细分析了影响磷酸酯合成和检测的因素。通过对产品的CMC测试和初步应用实验结果看出,该产品是一种很好的加脂材料。

【Abstract】 The synthetic process of ester exchanging fish oil phosphate based on phosphoric anhydride as phosphorylating material was studied in the paper. Factors influencing synthesis and detection of phosphate were analyzed in detail. The tests of CMC and applied experiment of the product have shown that the product is an ideal fatliquoring material.
