脲(尿素)的高效液相色谱分析方法研究

【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法 ,使用反相色谱柱和紫外检测器 ,用外标法对脲进行定性定量分析 ,方法的变异系数为 0 .37% (n =10 )。线性相关系数为 0 .9993,回收率在 98.2 %～ 10 0 .0 8%之间。

【Abstract】 The quantitative analysis method for Urea and biuret by HPLC has introduced in this paper .Results showed that the coefficient of variation was 0.37% (n=10) and Linear correlation was 0.9993 ,The Recoveries was 98.2%～100.08%.
