柴油机排气微粒袋滤系统的改进与试验

【摘要】 介绍了袋滤器的过滤原理和清灰方式 ,分析了圆袋袋滤器的缺陷 ,设计了箱式袋滤器 ,并进行了发动机台架试验研究。通过试验考察了箱式袋滤系统的过滤效率和清灰情况 ,为柴油机微粒袋滤器的实用化奠定了基础

【Abstract】 This paper described the principle and four kinds of cleaning methods of a bag filter, analyzed the defects of traditional round bag filters. A new box bag filter that can clean itself automatically with high efficiency, and its experimental system were developed. The filtrating and regenerating efficiencies of the new box bag filter were investigated by the experimental system of a diesel engine. The results of the experiments indicate that the filtrating efficiency of the box filter is higher than 90%, and the design of the regenerating framework of the box filter is reasonable. In addition, the effects of pressure stabilizing and cooling of exhaust gas were also investigated, which proved that the design was feasible.
