湿式多盘制动器非稳态散热特性的研究

【摘要】 建立了湿式多盘制动器整体散热的数学模型 ,并对其进行了数值模拟 ,研究了其整体的散热特性。探索了湿式多盘制动器温升的计算方法 ,并推导了在非稳态散热时湿式多盘制动器内部油温的计算公式。通过理论计算与实际油温测定对比 ,理论计算模型与实际测定结果一致。选择合适的工作循环时间可保持油液温度稳定在合理的数值 ,提高空气对流换热性能、减少湿式多盘制动器表面污垢可使湿式多盘制动器整体散热性能得到提高

【Abstract】 In the paper, the study of giving out heat characteristic of wet multiple brakes was introduced. Temperature calculation of wet multiple brakes was probed. The change rule of inner oil temperature in wet multiple disk brake was studied when braked. Mathematical model of unsteady state heat transfer was established in wet multiple disk brake on the basis of theoratical and experimental research. It was proved that the calculation result is conform to the test one. Choicing appropriate work cycle on wet multiple brakes may keep its oil temperature within the scope of a rational numerical value.
