【摘要】 人事档案已成为人才自由流动的障碍 ,为适应市场经济的发展 ,人事档案制度必须与时俱进 ,创新改革。本文探讨人事档案社会化与信息化管理问题
【Abstract】 Personal files are the obstacles in the flow of trained personnel. In order to adapt to the development of market economy, reform and creation must be done on personal files in accordance with times. The article probes on the problems occurred in socialized and informationized personal files’ management.
