AT1受体拮抗剂氯沙坦在产科应用的研究

【摘要】 目的 :研究AT1受体拮抗剂氯沙坦 (Losartan)药理学 ,作用机制临床应用以及产科应用上的新进展。方法 :研究血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂氯沙坦与血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂 (ACEI)在上述各方面的相同点及不同点。结果 :二者既有相同点也有不同点 ,在产科上 ,这两种制剂均可导致胎儿畸形和肾脏损伤 ,尽管近期有AT1受体拮抗剂不产生毒副作用的报道。结论 :因此临床不主张将其用于妊娠期妇女或有妊娠意向的妇女。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the AT 1 receptor antagonist Losartan pharmacological mechanism,clinical and specially obstetrical new application.Methods:To investigate the same and different effect between Angiotension Ⅱreceptor antagonist Losartan and Angiotension converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI).Results:Both of the Angiotension led to the malformation of foetus and kindney lesion despite of the recent reports saying that there is no side effect of AT 1 receptor antagonist.Conclusion:We still don’t argue applying it to women being or to be pregnant.
