稀土贮氢合金Ml1-xMmx(Ni3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3)活化性能的研究

【摘要】 研究了Ml1-xMmx(Ni3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3)贮氢合金中Ml∶Mm比例对其活化性能的影响,以及使用不同粘结剂对合金的活化性能和放电容量的影响.结果表明:Ml∶Mm比例及不同的粘结剂对合金活化性能有显著影响.按充放电电流均为60mAh/g,充电时间为7.5h,放电终止电位为-0.60V(vs.Hg/HgO)的充放电制度活化时,Ml0.7Mm0.3(Ni3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3)对应的合金具有最好的活化性能和最高的放电容量.用PVA作粘结剂,该合金只需4个循环即可活化,最高放电容量为329.7mAh/g.与用PVA作粘结剂相比,以CMC为粘结剂时,各组分合金的活化性能明显变差(经过了10个循环周期,合金仍未完全活化).

【Abstract】 Activation characteristics of hydrogen storage a lloys Ml1-xMmx(Ni3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3) with different Ml-Mm ratio are investigated.The effect of different binders on activation characteristics is also studied.Results show that the Ml-Mm ratio and the binder have a prominent effect on activation characteristics and discharge capacities of the alloys.It has been found that,with the charge-discharge procedure prescribed as follows:Ic=60mAh/g×7.5h,Id=60 mAh/g,and final discharge voltage-0.60 V(vs.Hg/HgO),alloy Ml0.7Mm0.3(Ni3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3) demonstrates the best characteristics and the greatest discharge capacity.With PVA used as binder,merely 4 cycles can make the alloy activated,and the maximum discharge capacity reaches 329.7 mAh/g.In contrast,if CMC is used as binder instead of PVA,the activiation characteristics of hydrogen storage alloys Ml1-xMmx(Ni3.55Co0.75Mn0.4Al0.3) with different composition of rare earth components will all get worsened remarkably,(none of the alloys can be activated completely even through 10 charge-discharge cycles,) and the discharge capacities will also be adversely affected.
