【摘要】 文章分析了高校网络教学的特点及现状,对网络教学包括的教学资源库管理、教师教学、学员学习、教学和系统管理四个子系统及其功能进行了阐述,结合辽宁工程技术大学实际情况对网络教育学科基础素材库、网络课程库和网络教育共享支撑平台综合策划设计,并在系统上实现三方面的有机结合,对促进高校网络教学的研究与实施有较好的借鉴价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the characteristics and the current situation of university network education and explains the network education resources bank subsystem, the teacher-teaching subsystem, the student-study subsystem, the teaching and system management subsystem and their functions. The paper combines the actual conditions of Liaoning Technincal University, and designs the material storehouse of network education and the course storehouse of network and the support platform of network education, combines the three aspects in system.
