【摘要】 目的 :探讨胃癌的螺旋CT表现特征 ,评价螺旋CT增强扫描对胃癌术前分期的诊断价值。方法 :对 42例胃癌患者实施口服不同对比剂行螺旋CT增强扫描 ,并与病理诊断对比。结果 :(1)不同的对比剂对病灶细节显示有很大的影响 ,水较 2 %泛影葡胺好 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;(2 ) 42例胃癌均出现明显强化 ;(3)螺旋CT增强扫描对胃癌术前分期准确性较高 ,达 88.1%。结论 :在应用螺旋CT诊断胃癌时应口服水对比剂 ,螺旋CT增强扫描对胃癌术前分期具有较高诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate helical CT characteristics of gastric carcinoma,and evaluate the diagnostic value of incremental helical CT for TNM staging of gastric carcinoma.Methods Incremental helical CT scans were performed on 42 patients with gastric carcinoma,given the different oral contrast media,and the result was compared with pathological diagnosis.Results (1)Different oral contrasts varied in showing the details of lesions.And it was proved that water contrasts were the best.(2)The image of the foci became more prominent in all the 42 patients of gastric carcinoma showed significant enhancement in incremental helical CT.(3)The accuracy value of incremental helical CT diagnosing TNM-staging of gastric carcinoma was 88.1%.Conclusion The results reveal that water oral contrast should be administered to diagnose gastric carcinoma by incremental helical CT,and this procedure is of a high diagnostic value to preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
