论南京城市信息化建设的背景与措施

【摘要】 城市信息化的关键是城市工业的信息化 ,没有传统产业的信息化改造 ,没有高科技产业的信息化建设 ,就没有真正意义上的城市信息化。信息化可以推动城市现代化 ,信息化可以改变城市管理方式、生产方式和生活方式 ,提高城市管理效率 ,促进城市产业结构升级 ,推动社会生活的文明化。可以促进电子政务的发展 ,提升政府管理效率 ,优化社会发展环境。南京应当通过加强组织领导 ,发展信息产业 ,建设实验小区 ,加速城市信息化步伐 ,构建城市信息化良好形象。更多还原

【Abstract】 The key of the city informationalization is the informationalization of city industry. If there were no infoermationalization changing of traditional industry, if there were no informationalization construction of high science and technology industry, the genuine city informationalization could not exist. Informationalization can promote the modernization of the city. Informationalization can change the management manner, producing manner and living manner of the city. Informationalization can also raise the management efficiency of the city and optimize the developing environment of the society.
