【摘要】 从21世纪人才需求的新特征、国内外教育现状等方面的简单分析,得到了关于物理素质教育思想内涵的基本理解;在此理解基础上,介绍了所作的相应教改实践情况。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the current educational situation and the character of human power in the 21-th century, the connotation of quality education is offered, and then we introduced the situation about our educational reform practice.
