门静脉高压症大鼠肠道iNOS mRNA表达的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 :检测门静脉高压症大鼠肠道iNOSmRNA表达状况。方法 :门静脉高压症大鼠模型制成后的第 10天 ,取小肠组织 ,用iNOScDNA探针进行原位杂交。结果 :实验组肠道iNOSmRNA表达明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,差异有显著性。结论 :iNOSmRNA表达增多 ,导致NO大量生成 ,引起肠道推进功能障碍 ,细菌过度生长 ;引起肠道充血、水肿、通透性增高而促进细菌移位

【Abstract】 Objective: To measure the expression of intestinal iNOS (inducible nitric oxide synthase) mRNA in the intestines of portal hypertension rats. Methods: The intestinal tissues were taken out and were measured by iNOS cDNA in situ hybridization 10 days after the portal hypertension models were made. Results: The results showed that the expression of intestinal iNOS mRNA in the test group is significantly higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The increase of the expression iNOS mRNA leads to the great production of NO, resulting in the dysfunction of the intestinal movement and the overgrowth of bacteria. It can cause enteremia, edema and the increase of permeability. All the above may result in the bacterial translocation.
