【Abstract】 The issue of protecting the rights of patients is important i n performing the medical system.To protect the rights of patients,the pertinent l aws should be regulated and executed and the quality of law of medical workers s hould be improved.The protection of patient’s rights involves the protection of weak groups and continual improvement of humanistic quality of medical workers.
