【摘要】 目的　探讨肾脏复杂性结石更安全、高效的治疗方法。。　方法　应用经皮肾微造瘘输尿管气压弹道碎石术治疗肾脏复杂性结石 31例。。　结果　 31例经皮肾微造瘘手术均顺利完成 ,2 2例结石取尽 ,8例结合碎石术排净 ,1例尚有少量残留结石 ,结石清除率为 96 .8% ,均无严重并发症。　结论　经皮肾微造瘘输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术具有创伤小、安全高效和恢复快的优点 ,是治疗肾脏复杂结石的良好方法之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To seek the preferable therapy for complicated renal stone. Methods Thirty one patients with complicate renal stone were treated by percutaneous reno ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy. Results Percutaneous renal fistulization in the 31 cases were successful.Renal stone was taken cleanly in 22 cases,completely excreted by methed of operation combined with ESWL in 8cases, and a less stones being survived in 1 case, the total stone clearance rate was 96.8%. There was no severe postoprative complications. Conclusion Percutaneous reno ureteroscopy pneumatic ballistic lithottripsy for complicated renal stone has the adventages of high effectiveness, safety and rapid recovery,it is a good procedure in treatment of complicated renal stone.更多还原
