【摘要】 针对国内城市房产管理的现状和发展趋势 ,并结合我们开发的城市房产信息管理与办公自动化系统 ,阐述了房产信息管理与办公自动化系统的特点 ,对系统的设计目标、功能和数据库设计等进行了分析 ,并且对系统设计中的若干关键技术问题进行了分析并提出了解决方案 .

【Abstract】 The current situation and development trends of urban Real Estate Management in our country, with Real Estate Information Management and office automation System are introduced. The solution to several key technological problems in the design of the system is also presented.
