【摘要】 讨论了TCP拥塞控制技术 ,分析了两种TCP控制算法的性能 ,同时提出了对TCP慢启动算法的改进构想以及TCP拥塞控制进一步研究所面临的问题

【Abstract】 This paper discusses TCP congested control technology,and analyzes the performance of two kinds of TCP control algorithm,proposes the improvement idea of TCP slow start algorithm and the problems.
