【摘要】 目的 研究前列腺癌增殖细胞核抗原的意义表达。方法 应用HE染色、免疫组化染色、光学显微镜观察对20例前列腺癌和15例正常前列腺组织中增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达进行检测。结果 前列腺癌中增殖细胞核抗原的表达明显高于正常前列腺组织。结论 RCNA是判断肿瘤细胞增殖程度的重要指标,对估计前列腺癌的分化、转移及预后具有重要参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM To study the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in the prostativ cancer. METHODS PCNA was detected in the tissue of 20 cases with prostatic cancer and 15 normal controls by immunohistochemical method. RESULT The expression of PCNA in the prostatic cancerwas significantly increased compared with the control. CONCLUSION PCNA is an important marker in the assessment of proliferating degree in tumor cells and can serve as a useful reference value for the evahlaion of differentiation, metastasis and prognosis of prostatic cancer.更多还原
