【Abstract】 The main points for designing the mould structure, the thermal_insulating nozzle and the manifold block of the sequentially opened hot_runner stacked injection mould for PP caps were stated. With the hot_runner stacked injection mould, the products formed at one injection are doubled. The opening mechanism of the mould is reliable and economical. The heating power of the manifold block and the deformation quantity from thermal dilation were calculated theoretically. A melt_flow dripping preventing measure and a temperature control system were adopted.更多还原
