【摘要】 通过对C 2 9tex成纱黑板条干棉结状态的抽样分析 ,找出成纱中影响棉结的主要因素为 :原棉质量、设备状态、工艺参数与车间温湿度等 ,进而提出了加强原棉选配、合理调整分梳除杂工艺、保持设备良好运转状态和加强温湿度管理等降低成纱棉结的技术措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Through sample analyzing neps state of yarn show board regularity of C 29 tex,the main causes of producing neps is found out,that is raw materials quality,equipment state,process parameter and workshop temperature and humidity and so on.The technological measurement of decreasing yarn neps is put forward such as strengthening raw materials selection and arrangement,rational adjusting carding and cleaning process,remaining good run state of equipment and strengthening management of temperature and humidity and so on.更多还原
