【Abstract】 This paper gives a method of the reliability optimizing design of fixed moment of force spanner. By way of the analysis to it抯 structural, the part give a theory of optimizing distributing of the reliability and optimizing designing to the spanner, and then ensure the perfect and excellent of structure function and using function for the moment of force spanner.更多还原
