差动分度过程中的角度补偿浅析

【摘要】 通过理论以及具体实例的计算 ,分析了利用分度头进行差动分度时的角度补偿原理 ,并以正反两个方向的角度补偿计算 ,揭示了差动分度的结果与假设等分分数的无关性

【Abstract】 In this paper,the angle compensation in di fferencial indexing was analysed through the calculation of some real examples and the results from positive and negative angle compensation calculation showed the required indexing angle on the workepiece has nothing to do with the assuming number.
