钼/全氟聚醚复合薄膜的制备及摩擦学性能研究
Preparation and Tribological Properties of Mo/PFPE Coating on a Steel Substrate
【摘要】 利用电子束蒸镀和浸涂技术在GCr15轴承钢表面制备了钼/全氟聚醚复合润滑膜(Mo/PFPE);利用接触角测定仪和X射线光电子能谱仪分析了复合润滑膜的表面性质和化学状态;采用DF-PM型动-静摩擦系数精密测定仪考察了复合薄膜的摩擦学性能,采用扫描电子显微镜观察分析了薄膜磨损表面形貌.结果表明,与金属Mo薄膜相比,Mo/PFPE复合薄膜同钢对摩时的摩擦系数显著降低,耐磨性能明显改善,Mo/PFPE复合薄膜同钢对摩时主要呈现轻微磨粒磨损特征.
【Abstract】 Mo/perfluoropolyether composite coating was prepared on GCr15 steel block substrate by combining physical vapor deposition based on electron beam spraying and dipcoating techniques. Thus Mo coating was first deposited on the steel surface king use of electron beam spraying. Then a lubricating coating of polar perfluoropolyethers (Zdol2000) was prepared on the Mo coating making use dipcoating technique. The films were characterized by means of water contact angle measurements and Xray photoelectron spectroscopic analysis. The surface roughness of the coating was determined by atomic force microscopic observation. The friction and wear behavior of the films sliding against AISI52100 steel was investigated on a unidirectional friction coefficient precision measurement apparatus. The worn surfaces of the composite coatings were observed with a scanning electron microscope. Moreover, the effect of heattreatment on the tribological behavior of the coating was explored as well. It was found that the Mo/PFPE composite coating showed much better frictionreducing and antiwear behaviors than the Mo deposited coating and the PFPE lubricating coating, which was attributed to the interfacial mixing of the Mo layer on the steel substrate and the lubricating action of the PFPE lubricant layer. Heattreatment of the Mo/PFPE composite coating at 150 ℃ for 30 min led to worsening in the tribological behavior, which was supposed to be related to the heattreatment induce changes in the structure and surface state of the composite coating.
